This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the contact form on PaulBuildsTech.com — your name, email address, and message, plus whether you checked the newsletter box.
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message are stored so I can read and reply to you directly. This is the core purpose of the form: I use your email address only to respond to what you asked. I don't share this information with anyone else.
The newsletter checkbox is separate and optional. If you check it, I may occasionally email you with free tech advice content for small businesses. This is a distinct use of your email address from replying to your message, and it only happens if you explicitly opt in. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing consult@paulbuildstech.com.
Submissions are stored in a Supabase (Postgres) database that only I have access to. Sending replies and notifications uses Resend. Neither service sells or shares your data with third parties.
If you have any questions about this policy or want your data deleted, email consult@paulbuildstech.com.
